The double female hose adapter is a metal piece that transforms in the blink of an eye your single-output hookah into a multi-output chicha.
To do this, nothing is more simple, you simply unscrew the top of the valve as would do to reach the little ball. Instead of the valve you just have to screw your adapter. It's ready, it'll just add a second hose and your hookah is now a dual-output model!
To install this female adapter, you just unscrew the upper portion of the valve, covering the little ball. In fact, if you unscrew the entire valve, you will not be able to screw your adapter.
Always be careful when handling these precision parts and never force!
