MS Cosmo Multi-Bowl Stem

The Ms Cosmo multi-bowl glass stem is a downstem with a diffuser. It allows you to connect any type of female bowl to an MS Cosmopolitan hookah.

WARNING, there are several versions of the MS COSMOPOLITAN, so make sure to choose the stem diameter that corresponds to your version.
