CHICHA RETRO: EPOK PRESENTS ITS VERSION OF THE 3-BOWL CHICHA
The 3-bowl chicha model appeared in France in the mid-2000s, at the beginning of the chicha phenomenon that quickly spread across Europe and the USA. Characteristic of the French public's taste for compact chichas, the 3-bowl chicha is a style of powerful, robust, and affordable chicha that has been reinterpreted by many brands. However, this iconic model from the 2000s suffered from its outdated hose and bowl, which dated back to a time when the use of natural charcoal was not common. With the RETRO, the EPOK brand, specialist in acrylic chichas, reinvents this model and brings it into modernity with trendy colors and quality accessories.
A vintage but powerful chicha:
More than ever, vintage is a strong trend that affects many high-end brands. From SMEG with its refrigerators reminiscent of the 1960s to Vespa, which offers electric versions of its famous scooters, to Volkswagen and its "New Beetle," the star products of the past resurface with their timeless look, but at the same time are equipped with modern evolutions.
It is this same approach that led EPOK to update the famous 3-bowl model by modernizing its design, offering new colors, and updating certain technical aspects of the device. The Epok RETRO chicha will be delivered with a silicone hose (washable) according to modern standards, allowing for maximum smoke production and an XL handle of 28 cm that matches your chicha. The RETRO also includes the famous EPOK silicone bowl, a highly rigid silicone chicha head compatible with heating systems like Kaloud Lotus or Beskar Rebel.

One of the innovations brought by the new version signed by EPOK is the hose connection system without a gasket. Like high-end stainless steel models, the RETRO features gasket-less hose connectors. This very practical system prevents the hose from falling off and offers unparalleled comfort of use. With its two included connectors, the Epok RETRO natively offers the possibility to connect two hoses. This allows you to easily share your chicha with friends by simultaneously connecting two hoses. Prefer to smoke alone? No problem, the RETRO works just as well in two-hose mode as in single-hose mode. You just need to remove the ball from one of the connectors and connect your hose to the connector from which you removed the ball. This will instantly transform the second connector into a purge valve, allowing you to empty the vase by blowing into the hose in case of overheating.
Heavy or light draw? Choose with the EPOK Retro!
The stem of the Epok RETRO chicha is equipped with a special threading that allows you to add a screw-on diffuser to your plunge. This diffuser, sold separately, will help reduce the noise of your RETRO chicha. The diffuser for the Epok RETRO will also make the draw of your chicha smoother and lighter for maximum smoke and smoothness!

ADVICE DARNASHOP
Never wash your Epok RETRO chicha with boiling water or abrasive products, as you risk damaging the vase and the column. Prefer rinsing with lukewarm water using suitable brushes, and remember to clean it after each use to maintain all the qualities of your chicha!

SHERPA: The 3-coal heating system with patented technology by Kaloud
The SHERPA is a high-end heating system developed by the brand BESKAR. This accessory was designed in collaboration with the American brand Kaloud, allowing the SHERPA to feature its patented rotating cap system. The SHERPA was developed to meet the needs of hookah smokers seeking increasingly intense heat, using larger and larger cubes of natural coals. The SHERPA allows you to smoke with the lid closed using 3 natural coal cubes of 26mm size.
The SHERPA is made of solid aluminum, providing great durability and high resistance to wear. The SHERPA is therefore perfect for intensive use in hookah bars or for regular smokers. It stands out from other systems thanks to its base, which has been specially designed to prevent the coals from going out. The base of the SHERPA is covered with small spikes that prevent the coals from resting directly on the bottom, ensuring continuous air circulation around the cubes. This optimal airflow will bring oxygen to the coals, preventing them from going out while maximizing the temperature.
The top part of the SHERPA consists of a sliding lid based on Kaloud's patented technology. Its function is to regulate the heat of the coals and allow you to control the amount of heat transferred to the tobacco. When the heat becomes too intense during a session and you feel your hookah flavor might burn, immediately remove the SHERPA's lid to lower the temperature. You will regain control of your bowl and can put the lid back on once the flavor has stabilized!
DARNASHOP ADVICE
We recommend using this heating system in combination with a bowl that has a lip for a perfect fit. Many are sold at Darnashop, such as the Katuro SOBO and Yoko, the Dandy Glass Glassbowlfix, or the EPOK silicone bowl. Never place the SHERPA on your coal lighter, as it could deform it!

The Elephant charcoal starter for hookah charcoal does not have a storage reservoir but allows for quick ignition of natural charcoal for hookah. If you plan to cut the glowing coals before using them, consider complementing your charcoal starter with an appropriate charcoal holder!
The Tic Tac tongs are a large metal tong for shisha charcoal. Long and sturdy, the pointed shape of its end is very practical for smokers who want to break their natural charcoal into small pieces.
For better grip with your Tic Tac tongs, let them get slightly dirty. A brand new, shiny tong is not the best tool for holding hot coals firmly!
